As a seasoned Mental Health Professional, I am deeply passionate about goal setting, habit change, and effective problem-solving. I integrate a range of self-care practices and health & wellness exercises for both the mind and body into my daily routine. My programs are designed with a strong emphasis on enhancing mental well-being, helping individuals cultivate healthier self-beliefs.
My bachelor’s degree is in Applied Psychology from Pace University, and my Master's degree is in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University. I am also a Certified Life & Health Coach.
